Role: Credit Support Officer
Responsibilities:
Manage customer accounts and ensure regular repayment of the disbursement made to the customers.
Mobilize customers and market information to update business units on product and current trends.
Manage relationships with key customers as a customer point of contact at every level.
Explore opportunities with existing customers for upselling to increase product sales to customer
Proper management of groups and individual customers to ensure continuous relationship
Support finance in control of credit and collections.
Requirement: 0 - 3 years of experience in a similar position
