We are currently looking to hire a high-level Short-Form Video Editor for our Client personal brand.

Our Client runs a fast-growing platform in the relationship space with millions of followers, and I need an editor who understands viral content, not just basic editing.

The role involves:
- Turning long YouTube videos into engaging short clips (30 90 seconds)
- Extracting 10 20 high-impact teaser clips per video
- Adding clean subtitles, strong hooks, and modern editing style
- Optimizing for TikTok, Instagram Reels & YouTube Shorts

Important:
We NOT looking for a regular editor. I need someone who understands:
- Hook psychology
- Emotional storytelling
- Audience retention
