Role Summary
We are seeking a high-performing Creative Strategist to support content innovation, campaign development, and overall brand growth.
This role is for a strategic thinker and idea generator who understands audience psychology and can translate attention into engagement, influence, and revenue.
The ideal candidate will work closely with the brand to drive content direction, marketing ideas, and growth execution across all platforms.
Key Responsibilities
* Develop high-converting content ideas for TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube
* Improve content direction, including hooks, storytelling, and engagement structure
* Turn real-life relationship scenarios into compelling and relatable content
* Design and execute campaign strategies for:
* Book promotions
* Private counseling sessions
* Paid community (Love Circle)
* Identify new opportunities for audience growth and monetization
* Optimize the content-to-sales funnel (awareness engagement conversion)
* Track trends and adapt them to the relationship niche
* Collaborate directly with the brand to shape creative direction and execution
Candidate Profile
* Proven experience in content strategy, digital marketing, or social media growth
* Strong ability to generate original, high-performing ideas
* Deep understanding of TikTok, Instagram, and viral content dynamics
* Knowledge of sales psychology and audience behavior
* Proactive, independent thinker with strong initiative
* Experience working with creators or personal brands is a strong advantage
