About the Role:
As Lodge Anchor, you will support the Lodge Manager in overseeing all aspects of lodge operations from guest experience to team leadership. This is a hands-on role suited to someone who thrives in a dynamic, remote environment and is passionate about hospitality and conservation.
️ Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver exceptional, world-class guest experiences
• Host guests and manage front-of-house operations
• Oversee daily lodge operations across all departments
• Support stock control, admin, and operational reporting
• Lead, train, and motivate staff to maintain high standards
• Assist with budgets, stock management, and cost control
• Ensure smooth check-ins, check-outs, and guest transitions
• Uphold sustainability and conservation practices
Requirements:
• 3 5 years’ experience in a lodge or hospitality management role
• Strong leadership and organisational skills
• Experience with lodge systems (PANstrat, ResRequest, Semper, etc.)
• Financial understanding and stock control experience
• Passion for guest service and attention to detail
• Knowledge of conservation/sustainability (advantageous)
• Valid driver’s license
• Able to work flexible hours in a remote environment
