Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee front desk operations during night shift
• Perform daily financial reconciliations and reports
• Ensure guest safety and assist with late check-ins/check-outs
• Handle guest queries with professionalism and care
• Prepare the lodge for smooth daytime operations

Requirements

• Previous experience in a Night Auditor / Front Office role
• Strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently during night hours
• Hospitality system knowledge
