Brooklyn, Pretoria: LITIGATION ATTORNEY
Minimum Requirements:
-Presentable and professional individual (preferably aged approximately 28-35 years)
-Afrikaans and English first and second languages a must (Fully bilingual in both, Afr & Eng client base)
-Bachelor of Laws (LLB) Degree completed and Admitted as an Attorney (Admitted as a Conveyancer highly advantageous)
-Minimum 5 years recent post admission experience as a practising Attorney at a law firm a must, specifically attending to General Litigation, Insolvency- Commercial law matters a must
-Fully independently functional
-Conveyancing experience highly advantageous
-Non smoker preferred
-Computer literate in Ghost Practice
-Valid driver’s license and own vehicle a must
-Residing in Pretoria (within daily commuting distance)
-Stable employment record and contactable references
Duties:
-Full attorney duties for Law firm, attending to and handling of General Litigation, Insolvency- Commercial law matters
-Compiling legal documents and correspondence
-General Attorney duties (client legal representation, Court appearances etc.)
Salary: R 30 000.00 R 40 000.00 gross maximum (Depending on post admission experience)
