ABOUT THE ROLE:
You will provide bespoke travel support to guests and trade partners before, during, and after travel ensuring a smooth, personalised, and stress-free safari experience.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Deliver high-touch concierge support to international guests & agents
• Manage itineraries, bookings, and travel logistics across Africa
• Communicate clearly with lodges, suppliers & internal teams
• Proactively resolve guest travel issues with professionalism
• Promote and support safari experiences
• Provide 7-day operational guest support where required

REQUIREMENTS:
• Experience in travel consultancy, lodge operations or concierge services
• Strong knowledge of Southern African destinations (advantageous)
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Calm, detail-oriented and solutions-driven personality
• Willingness to learn systems such as Tourplan/NX & WETU
