You will be joining a fast-growing online division responsible for providing post-sales support to new and existing customers and managing orders by liaising with all internal stakeholders.

As a Product Operations Associate (Data & Excel), you will support end-to-end product management process, ensuring timely launches, accurate product data, and smooth coordination with suppliers and internal teams

This role plays a key part in Optimizing product flows and supporting operational excellence

What you’ll be working on:

Manage product data and support product launches

Maintain accurate product listings, pricing, and specifications

Perform bulk uploads, data checks, and audits

Coordinate with suppliers on pricing, orders, and timelines

Track samples, production, and supplier updates

Handle purchase orders and documentation

Generate reports and analyze data using Excel

Support inventory tracking and competitor checks

Resolve product or delivery issues

Collaborate with internal teams and stakeholders

What we’re looking for:

3-8 years experience in product operations, supply chain coordination, or related role
Advance Excel and/ experience with ERP/product management tools

Strong Organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills

Good communication and coordination abilities
