As an Operations Analyst, you will play a key role in supporting end-to-end logistics operations, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance across shipment processing, coordination, and documentation.

What you'll be working on

Entering new orders and bookings update

Creating dummy orders and Bookings consolidation

Creating forward orders

Reviewing and analyzing rate management and compliance reports

Entering data in the system.

Coordinating with internal and external stakeholders for booking instructions and other ad hoc tasks
What we're looking for

Open to fresh graduates (Background in Customs Administration, Operations, and/or Freight Forwarding is preferred).
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
Understanding of Incoterms and basic shipping documents

Strong accuracy and attention to detail

Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a high-performing team
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
