We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Marketing Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for creating visually engaging designs that communicate ideas effectively across various platforms. You will collaborate with internal teams to bring concepts to life and ensure brand consistency in all creative outputs.

What you'll be working on:

Assisting in preparing marketing documents such as Agency Agreements using REI forms
Creating and managing marketing quotes

Designing and posting social media content using Canva and Meta Business Suite
Drafting and scheduling EDMs (email campaigns)

Supporting the creation of Information Memorandums (IMs) and property submissions using InDesign
Coordinating marketing materials and ensuring everything is accurate, on-brand, and delivered on time
Staying updated on market trends and sharing ideas to improve campaigns
Supporting day-to-day marketing activities and bringing fresh ideas to the team
What we're looking for:

Open to fresh graduates or entry-level candidates with a strong interest in marketing and designs
Basic understanding of marketing concepts (digital, social media, or content marketing)
Basic knowledge of design tools (preferably Adobe InDesign and Canva or similar )
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

Good communication and collaboration skills

Willingness to learn, take initiative, and adapt in a fast-paced environment
Familiarity with tools like Google Workspace, social media platforms, or basic design tools is a plus
A growth mindset and adaptability
