Venture Smarter is seeking dedicated, friendly Customer Service Phone Agents to join our remote support team. In this position, you will handle inbound and outbound calls, assist customers with inquiries, provide product or service information, and ensure a positive customer experience.
Handle incoming customer calls professionally and efficiently
Assist with questions, concerns, and product/service information
Resolve customer issues or escalate them when necessary
Document customer interactions accurately
Provide excellent service while meeting performance metrics
Maintain a calm and patient attitude during calls
Strong verbal communication and listening skills
Previous customer service or call-center experience is a plus
Ability to multitask and work independently
Reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace
Professional and empathetic phone demeanor
Ability to work flexible shifts if needed
$600 – $1000 USD per month, depending on experience and performance
