Job Description
This is a high-performance sales role. You will be working with warm, inbound leads
students and working professionals who have already expressed interest in building a career
in finance and trading. Your job is to convert that interest into enrolments.
You will be expected to hit targets. Every month. You will be judged on your numbers, your
follow-up discipline, and your ability to close high-ticket enrolments confidently. If you thrive
under pressure, love the chase, and want to earn well for your performance this role is for
you.
This is not a passive counselling role. We want closers.
Key Responsibilities
• Own your lead pipeline call, follow up, and close warm inbound enquiries via phone,
WhatsApp, and email
• Understand each prospect's background and career goals, then pitch the right
programme with conviction
• Handle objections on fees, course structure, ROI, and career outcomes and close
through them
• Execute relentless, structured follow-ups on undecided prospects no lead left behind
• Hit and exceed monthly enrolment targets consistently
• Maintain CRM records with full accuracy call notes, lead status, follow-up schedules,
pipeline value
• Provide regular feedback to the marketing team on lead quality and objection patterns
• Represent Derivion professionally at every touchpoint you are the first impression of
our brand
What We're Looking For
Must Have
• Minimum 1 year of experience in inside sales, admissions, EdTech sales, or any high-
ticket telephone sales
• Excellent spoken English you will be speaking with educated working professionals
daily
• A proven track record of hitting or exceeding sales targets
• Confident, assertive phone presence persuasive without being unprofessional

Good to Have
• Prior experience in EdTech, finance, or premium services sales
• Familiarity with CRM tools and structured pipeline management
• Basic understanding of financial markets or trading (full training provided)
• Experience handling high-ticket sales (course fees above 1 lakh)
