We’re #Hiring: Finance Manager Real Estate & Infrastructure (On-site role)
Job Description: This Pune-based role will require a strong understanding of corporate finance, budgeting and forecasting, financial reporting, compliance adherence and MIS functions, while providing exposure to strategic initiatives and stakeholder management.
Key responsibilities
• Support finance and accounting functions for commercial real estate through end-to-end financial operations, capital strategy, investor relations, stakeholder management and FP&A.
• Assist in budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and prepare cash flow models, MIS and other reports.
• Addressing compliances of RERA, Income Tax, ROC and GST along with statutory, tax, and internal audits.
Requirements
• Qualified Chartered Accountant with 3+ years of post-qualification experience (candidates with real estate & infra exposure preferred)
• Expert-level command of IndAS and Indian GAAP.
• Proficiency in modern accounting ERPs, cash flow forecasting, MIS, and internal controls
• Functional knowledge of real estate & infra sectors, specifically regarding RERA and project-based accounting.
• Proven ability to manage statutory, tax, and internal audits, quarterly tax reconciliations, advance tax planning, and GST/Income Tax filings.
• Ability to lead end-to-end financial operations while being primary POC for clients
