Job Overview: Telecaller is responsible for making outbound and handling inbound calls to customers, explaining product/services and maintaining good customer relationships.
Key &Responsibilities:
• Make outbound calls to prospective customer
• Handle inbound calls and resolve customer queries
• Explain services and persuade customers
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions
• Follow up daily leads and ensure closure

Required Skills:
• Excellent communication skills
• Basic computer knowledge
• Customer-focused approach
• Strong convincing and negotiation abilities
