Job Description
Identify and pursue new business opportunities through networking, research, and cold calling.
Client Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients to ensure client satisfaction and repeat business.
Sales Pipeline Management: Manage and update the sales funnel, from lead acquisition to deal closure.
Target Achievement: Consistently meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Reporting & Documentation: Prepare sales reports, proposals, and contracts as per company standards.
Collaboration: Coordinate with internal teams to align client requirements with service delivery.
Key Requirements:
Minimum 3+ years of experience in Sales/Business Development
Preferred industry background: Manufacturing or related fields
Strong negotiation and communication skills
Proven ability to generate leads and close sales
Self-motivated, organized, and performance-driven
Proficient in MS Office tools and CRM software
