Job Type: Full-time / Part-time (flexible based on requirement)
Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced and skilled cook who can prepare a variety of dishes including North Indian, South Indian, Chinese, and basic Italian cuisine. The ideal candidate should be able to manage daily cooking efficiently while maintaining hygiene and quality.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare daily meals (breakfast, lunch, dinner) as required
Cook a variety of cuisines:
North Indian (roti, sabzi, dal, curries)
South Indian (idli, dosa, sambar, chutney, rice items)
Chinese (noodles, fried rice, basic gravies)
Italian (pasta, simple sauces, basic continental dishes)
Plan weekly menus (optional but preferred)
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen
Handle basic kitchen prep (cutting, cleaning, storage)
Ensure proper use of ingredients and minimize wastage
Requirements:
Proven experience as a cook (home cook / restaurant experience accepted)
Ability to cook multiple cuisines confidently
Knowledge of basic food hygiene and safety
Punctual and reliable
Ability to follow instructions and adapt to preferences
Preferred:
Experience working in homes or small kitchens
Ability to cook healthy / low-oil meals
Knowledge of vegetarian and non-vegetarian dishes
Salary: 18,000 20,000/month (based on experience and working hours)
Males preferred
Working Hours: Flexible (to be discussed)
