Full-time Advertising Specialist
SALARY $85,000 plus Superannuation per year
DUTIES
• Develop and implement digital marketing strategies to enhance online visibility, drive national sales, and increase customer engagement.
• Manage and expand the company's presence across social media platforms (particularly Instagram and TikTok), including influencer and affiliate partnerships.
• Execute email marketing campaigns via platforms such as Klaviyo and Mailchimp for customer retention.
• Maintain and update content on e-commerce platforms (Shopify, WooCommerce), ensuring optimal user experience.
• Coordinate visual merchandising and promotional activities, ensuring alignment with digital strategies.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify growth opportunities and target market segments.
• Create engaging and compelling digital content tailored for diverse online channels.
• Oversee SEO practices and analyze web traffic data to optimize campaigns and boost customer acquisition.
• Manage the advertising budget effectively to maximize ROI from promotional activities.
• Collaborate closely with the sales team to ensure alignment between marketing strategies and sales objectives.
• Stay informed about emerging digital marketing trends and technologies to maintain competitive advantage.
REQUIRED SKILLS
• A relevant qualification in Advertising, Marketing, Communications, or any related field
• At least 2 years of hands-on experience in advertising strategy, digital campaign management, and creative coordination.
• Prior experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, SEO tools, and campaign analytics platforms would be preferred.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills for client/stakeholder engagement.
• Strong coordination skills to manage timelines, creatives, and campaign deliverables across teams.
• Knowledge of platforms such as Wix, Canva, Mailchimp, and Google Analytics is advantageous.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively to achieve campaign objectives and ROI targets.
