Full Time Office Manager
SALARY $80,000 + SUPERANNUATION
DUTIES
• Managing the day-to-day administrative operations of the institute, ensuring smooth and efficient office functioning
• Planning, organising, and reviewing office services including student administration, records management, and compliance documentation
• Developing and implementing administrative systems, policies, and procedures in line with regulatory and education sector requirements
• Coordinating staff schedules, delegating tasks, and supervising administrative team members
• Monitoring office expenditure, preparing budgets, and maintaining financial and resource records
• Liaising with internal departments (admissions, marketing, training) and external stakeholders including agents and service providers
• Ensuring compliance with regulatory frameworks such as ASQA and student visa requirements
• Overseeing student file management, enrolments, and documentation to ensure accuracy and audit readiness
• Managing office supplies, facilities, and vendor relationships
• Supporting senior management with reporting, operational planning, and process improvements
• Handling correspondence, inquiries, and resolving administrative issues efficiently
• Assisting with HR-related administrative tasks such as onboarding, staff records, and payroll coordination
REQUIRED SKILLS
• Two year’s relevant work experience essential
