45,000 55,000 + Overtime + Bonus (10% profit share post-probation)

Overview

We are seeking an experienced Refrigeration Engineer to join a growing and fast-paced team. This is a newly created role due to business expansion, offering strong earning potential and long-term progression.

The role is field-based, covering sites within the M25, with a focus on servicing, maintaining, and repairing refrigeration systems across commercial environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Service, maintain, and repair refrigeration systems across multiple client sites
• Diagnose faults and carry out effective repairs in a timely manner
• Work on a variety of systems including commercial and hospitality refrigeration (e.g. bar fridges)
• Complete job reports and documentation using internal systems (e.g. Field management tools)
• Ensure all work complies with health & safety standards
• Provide excellent customer service while on-site

Requirements (Must-Haves)

• Minimum 3 years' experience as a Refrigeration Engineer
• Strong experience within commercial refrigeration environments
• Experience working on hospitality equipment (e.g. bar fridges) highly desirable
• Full UK Driving Licence (essential field-based role)
• Comfortable working across multiple sites within the M25
• Experience using field management/job tracking systems (e.g. FieldMP or similar)

Experience Level

• Ideally Level 2 / mid-level engineer
• Candidates with significantly higher experience may be considered if they bring added value
