modern machinery, they are now seeking an experienced CNC Turner to join their skilled team.

The Role

This is a hands-on machining position working on a brand-new CMZ CNC lathe with Fanuc

controls. You will be responsible for the full machining process including programming, setting,

and operating, ensuring components are manufactured to tight tolerances and high-quality

standards.

Key Responsibilities

•

Program, set, and operate CNC turning machinery (Fanuc controls)

•

Manufacture precision components from engineering drawings

•

Work across a variety of materials, maintaining strict tolerances

•

Conduct in-process inspection and quality checks

•

Optimise machining processes for efficiency and accuracy

•

Maintain a safe and organised working environment

Requirements

•

Proven experience as a CNC Turner (programming, setting, operating)

•

Strong experience with Fanuc control systems

•

Ability to read and interpret detailed engineering drawings

•

Background in high-precision or Oil & Gas components preferred

•

Experience working to tight tolerances

•

Strong attention to detail and quality

Desirable (Advantageous)

•

Experience with offline programming

•

Exposure to live tooling

•

Experience working with complex or high-value components

Working Hours

•

Monday Thursday: 08:00 16:30

•

Friday: 08:00 13:00

Salary & Benefits

20.00 per hour

•

Overtime:

•

Time and a half (first 4 hours)

•

Double time thereafter

•
