Job Description
We are actively recruiting for a Deputy Manager (Senior Level) position for a well-established care home:
* Location: Coppull, Chorley, UK
* Salary: Up to 35,000 per annum
* Hours: 40 hours per week
* Service Size: 40-bed care home
Candidate Requirements:
* Minimum 4 years’ experience within a care home setting
* NVQ Level 5 in Leadership for Health & Social Care (or working towards)
* Level 3 Safeguarding Adults
* Training in MCA & DoLS
* First Aid & Medication Management certification
* Strong leadership, compliance, and rota management experience
* British nationals / UK-based candidates only
