THIS IS A COMMISSION ONLY JOB, NO FIXED SALARY IS INCLUDED, MONTHLY INCOME IS DEPENDENT ON AGENT PERFORMANCE

Compensation Package (Monthly) : 45-65% Commission on each deal + Monthly discretionary performance bonus.

Job Responsibilities : should have an expertise in the Sales and Marketing field of residential and commercial off-plan and/or ready properties along with a knowledge towards expanding the customer base of the organization and ensuring optimum customer satisfaction for the existing customers.

Exceptional consulting and communication skills
Demonstrated sales achievements** and strong negotiation abilities with a focus on customer satisfaction
In-depth knowledge of the Dubai real estate market and industry practices
Proficient in MS Office, CRM tools, and social media platforms
Fluent in English; proficiency in Arabic or other languages is advantageous
Valid UAE driver's license advantageous
