Job Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Ras al-Khaimah, United Arab Emirates, for the position of Head of Quality Control.
The role involves:
1. Overseeing and managing all quality control processes, ensuring product quality and compliance with industry standards.
2. Daily tasks include leading quality assessment operations, developing quality assurance protocols, supervising laboratory testing, analyzing results, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to maintain a high standard of production.
3.The Head of Quality Control will also ensure continuous improvement initiatives are implemented effectively.

Qualifications

1. Proven expertise in Quality Control, Quality Assurance, and Quality Management
2. Strong Analytical Skills to evaluate and interpret complex data
Experience in Laboratory Skills and handling quality testing tools and equipment
3. Demonstrated leadership and team management abilities
4. Exceptional attention to detail and problem-solving skills
5. In-depth knowledge of industry regulations and compliance standards
6. Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Engineering, or a related field
7. Experience in the manufacturing or industrial sector is a strong advantage
8. Excellent communication and organizational skills.
