*Hiring: MK TREND is Recruiting Call Center Loan Recovery Officer*

Locations:Ikeja, Oregun, Allen, Awolowo way & Agidingbi Lagos (Fully On-site)*

Salary : 80,000
*Monthly attendance + transport allowance*: #20,000
Monthly Performance Bonus upto: #150,000

Industry: Fintech

Experience: Not needed. You will be trained on the job

Qualification: SSCE,NCE, OND, HND, Bsc

*Key Responsibilities:*
* Contact customers daily to recover outstanding loan payments through phone calls, SMS, emails, and other approved channels.
* Engage customers professionally while providing clear repayment guidance and support.
* Maintain accurate records, update client accounts, and handle information with confidentiality and attention to detail.
* Meet daily, weekly, and monthly performance targets.

*Requirements / Skills:
* Minimum of NCE certificate
* Strong communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills
* Energetic, target-driven, and able to work in a fast-paced environment
Prior experience in collections or call center roles is an added advantage
