Social Media Manager (Part-Time)

We're a growing marketing company looking for a creative and community-savvy Social Media Manager to join our team on a part-time basis. **Responsibilities**

- Track performance metrics and provide regular reports on growth and engagement
- Stay up to date with Reddit trends, algorithm changes, and platform best practices

**Requirements**

- Proven experience managing social media for a brand, agency, or client
- An active, established Reddit account with a demonstrated understanding of Reddit culture and community etiquette
- Strong written communication skills with the ability to adapt tone for different audiences
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and manage deadlines
- Experience with social media analytics tools is a plus
