We are seeking a friendly and professional Receptionist to join our team. As a Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for visitors and clients, providing excellent customer service and administrative support. Responsibilities:
Greet and welcome visitors in a courteous and friendly manner.
Answer phone calls, screen and direct them to the appropriate person or department.
Handle inquiries and provide information to clients and visitors.
Manage the reception area, including maintaining cleanliness and organization.
Schedule appointments and meetings as requested.
Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and document preparation.
Receive and sort mail and deliveries.
Monitor and maintain office supplies inventory.
Ensure security procedures are followed for visitor access.
Provide general administrative support to staff as needed.
Qualifications and Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent.
Proven experience as a Receptionist or in a similar role.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
