Job Description

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage accounts payable and receivable
- Process invoices, payments, and expenses
- Maintain accurate financial records and reports
- Assist with ticketing operations, including flight bookings and itinerary management
- Provide administrative support to the team
- Handle correspondence and communications
- Assist with budgeting and financial analysis

Requirements:
- HND/BSc in Accounting, Business Administration, or related field
- 1-3 years of experience in admin or accounting role
- Knowledge of ticketing systems (GDS) is an advantage
- Proficiency in accounting software (QuickBooks or similar) and Microsoft Excel
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Attention to detail and ability to work under pressure
