Lynnwood, Pretoria: LEGAL COLLECTIONS SECRETARY
Minimum Requirements:
-Well presentable and professional female
-Afrikaans & English first & second languages a must (Afr & Eng client base)
-Matric / Grade 12
-2 to 3 years recent Legal Collections experience at a law firm a must (Full function Legal Debt Collection)
-Body Corporate Levy Collections highly preferred
-Experienced in drafting of notices and pleadings (summonses, default judgements, warrants etc.)
-Computer literate in MS Office, with good typing skills (speed and accuracy)
-Computer proficiency in Ghost Practice, Legal Suite or similar systems advantageous
-Attention for detail (grammar, case numbers etc.)
-Well spoken with strong communication skills
-Able to work under pressure and in a fast-paced work environment
-Stable employment record and contactable References
-To start as soon as possible
Duties:
-Full function Legal Debt Collection duties for law firm, specifically Body Corporate Levy Collections
-Drafting and typing of legal documents, notice and pleadings
-Client liaison, general legal administrative and secretarial duties
Salary: R 12 000.00 R 17 000.00 gross maximum (depending on relevant experience)
