Oikos Property Developments is a fast-growing company that operates in property development. Our mission is to improve our customers’ experience to maximum. For this purpose, we would like to include in our team Business Development Manager based in South Africa, for permanent occupation.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and develop new business opportunities in international property markets
Build and maintain strong relationships with investors, agents, and institutional clients
Execute sales strategies and close deals
Attend international property exhibitions and networking events
Collaborate with marketing and legal teams to streamline cross-border transactions
Provide market insights and analysis to guide strategic decision-making
Requirements:
Proven track record in international real estate sales or business development (3+ years preferred)
Fluent in English; knowledge of other languages is a plus
Strong negotiation and communication skills
Self-motivated, results-oriented, and adaptable to global business environments
Familiarity with real estate CRM tools and platforms
Ability to travel internationally when required
