Classic Crest Realty is looking for an energetic and result-driven Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 1 year of sales experience in real estate field.
Job Responsibilities:
• Generate and follow up on sales leads
• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve monthly sales goals and revenue targets.
• Monitor and analyse sales figures to identify areas for improvement.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and potential clients to drive business growth.
• Stay informed about market trends and the competitive landscape to identify new business opportunities.
• Oversee daily administrative, financial, and operational activities related to property sales.
• Ensure all sales activities comply with real estate regulations and ethical standards.
Qualifications
• Proven experience in real estate sales minimum 4 years, with leadership or management experience highly preferred.
• Strong leadership, communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills are essential.
• In-depth knowledge of the local real estate market, industry trends, and principles of sales and customer service.
• Proficiency in CRM software and standard office suites like MS Office.
• A bachelor's degree in a relevant field is required.

Salary: 40,000.00 - 50,000.00 per month
