Live streaming
-Conduct regular live broadcasts on TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, and Shopee to introduce product selling point, display of product, review, and promote products.
-Build strong interaction with viewers through comments, questions, and positive responses.
-Provide accurate product information, including materials, designs, prices, and benefits, to assist customers in making informed purchase decisions.
-Showcase products visually in an attractive and creative manner.
Content Creation
-Develop and produce creative videos (product demos, tutorials, trends) for TikTok and other platforms.
-Create short-form video content for Reels, TikTok, and Stories (e.g. try-ons, unboxing, styling tips, behind-the-scenes, customer testimonials).
-Collaborate with the creative team to brainstorm and produce fresh, trend-driven ideas.
-Participate in campaign shoots, lookbooks, and influencer-style content as a model/presenter if needed.
-Manage daily operations of TikTok Shop, including product listing, pricing, stock updates, and order processing.
Job Requirements :
-Confident in front of the camera with strong communication skills.
-Good communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia (Mandarin is a plus)
-Basic skills in video shooting and editing apps (CapCut, InShot, Canva, etc.)
-Creative, proactive, and always ready to explore new ideas.
