MALIKSS LOGISTICS UK LTD is looking for an experienced Logistics / Operations Manager to oversee and manage our freight and delivery operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring efficient logistics processes, maintaining high service standards, and supporting the company’s operational growth.

Key Responsibilities
-Planning, organising, and supervising daily logistics and delivery operations.
-Managing subcontractors to ensure timely and accurate deliveries.
-Monitoring operational performance, KPIs, and customer service standards.
-Ensuring compliance with UK transport regulations and health & safety requirements.
-Coordinating vehicle usage, scheduling, and route optimisation.
-Supporting business growth by improving operational efficiency and scalability.

Requirements
-Business Operations Diploma or equivalent qualification.
-Proven experience in logistics or operations management, preferably in freight or courier services.
-Strong planning, organisational, and people management skills.
-Knowledge of transport regulations, compliance, and operational performance monitoring.
-Ability to manage subcontractors and optimise resources to support business growth.
