SO&P is hiring a Project Engineer (Civil/Structural) to join our growing engineering team!

We are a multidisciplinary engineering consultancy with 30+ years of excellence in civil, structural, and project management services across commercial, industrial, marine, and infrastructure projects.

Role Overview

The ideal candidate will:

Perform structural analysis and detailed design of RC and steel elements

Coordinate with architects, BIM-CAD teams, contractors, and senior engineers

Prepare technical reports, calculations, and design documentation

Conduct supervised site inspections and ensure quality compliance

Build competence in software such as ProtaStructure, Robot, Tekla, Civil 3D, Manage engineering tasks for small medium scale projects

AutoCAD, and Revit

Requirements

B.Sc/B.Eng (Minimum 2:1) in Civil/Structural/Geotechnical Engineering

2 3 years post-NYSC design experience

Strong structural analysis background

Proficiency in AutoCAD/Revit and design software

Good communication, teamwork, and coordination skills

Detail-oriented and able to meet deadlines
