Rheelwon Creativities is seeking a passionate and motivated Artist Manager to manage and grow the music career of Nigerian independent artist Rilwan Kayode Adedipe, popularly known as Rheelwon.

This is a remote opportunity for someone who understands the music industry and is interested in developing an independent artist with strong creative potential.

The manager will work closely with the artist to build opportunities, increase visibility, and develop a sustainable music career.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Represent and manage the artist professionally.

• Identify and secure music opportunities (shows, collaborations, features, etc).

• Help develop marketing and promotion strategies.

• Build industry connections with producers, promoters, and media platforms.

• Assist with release planning and music distribution.

• Provide career guidance and strategic direction.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Experience in artist management, music promotion, or entertainment industry is an advantage.

• Strong communication and negotiation skills.

• Good understanding of digital music platforms and promotion.

• Ability to work remotely and maintain professional communication.

• Passion for developing independent artists.

COMPENSATION:

This role is commission-based.

The manager will receive a percentage commission from the artist’s net income generated from music-related activities (such as performances, endorsements, streaming revenue, and other opportunities), as outlined in a formal Artist Management Agreement.
