About Us
The 1% Club is an Australia-based organization founded by global entrepreneurs. We manage multiple e-commerce initiatives and are currently running projects that support small, medium, and large-scale companies with efficient distribution strategies.
We partner with brands such as Sharp, Kent, Amezcua, Britol, MyHomePlus, Olik, Banago, SMC, FantasTeak, Prikka, and others. Our mission is to help these companies streamline their distribution processes and scale effectively.
Role Overview
We are seeking motivated individuals who are eager to learn, adapt, and contribute to our ongoing projects. Responsibilities may include:
Marketing and advertising support
Business analysis and reporting
Finance and talent acquisition tasks
HR and team coordination
Fresh graduates are welcome to apply if they are coachable and willing to grow into these roles.
What We Offer
Compensation: $250 $15,000 per month (based on contribution and performance)
Work Setup: Remote (Work From Home)
Travel: Two international trips per year for conferences (Malaysia, Turkey, Dubai)
Flexibility: Choose between part-time (2 3 hrs/day) or full-time (7 9 hrs/day)
Qualifications
Required:
Strong English communication skills
Reliable internet connection for remote work
Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new environments
Creative, solution-oriented mindset
Preferred:
Teamwork, leadership, and management experience
Background in e-commerce, advertising, or marketing
Financial literacy
Recruitment Process
Training on our B2B and B2C models, distribution workflows, and standard operating procedures.
Interviews to evaluate understanding, adaptability, and decision-making skills.
Final selection based on performance in multiple interview rounds.
