Menlo Park, Pretoria: CANDIDATE ATTORNEY
Minimum Requirements:
-Well presented and professional Afrikaans speaking individual (Male preferred)
-Afrikaans and English first and second languages a must (Afr & Eng client base)
-Bachelor of Laws (LLB) Degree completed a must
-Valid driver’s license and own vehicle a must
-Comfortable driving to rural areas for client consultations etc.
-Currently residing in Pretoria
-To start as soon as possible
-2 years legal articles contract
Duties:
-General candidate attorney duties (Litigation Procedures and Third Party RAF Claims)
-Drafting of legal documents and client liaison in Afrikaans and English
-Travelling to Courts and clients, filing of documents at Courts
-General legal administrative duties
Salary: R 8 500.00 R 10 000.00 gross
