Titan Mining has a newly opened Controller opportunity at its Empire State Mines operation in Upstate New York, and we are actively presenting strong candidates to the client.
This is a hands-on, operational finance leadership role supporting a dynamic mining site. The Controller will lead all accounting and financial reporting functions while serving as a strategic partner to site leadership and corporate finance.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead FP&A, budgeting, and forecasting
Oversee cost accounting and inventory controls
Manage financial reporting and audit coordination
Maintain and strengthen internal controls / SOX compliance
Partner cross-functionally with operations leadership
Play a key role in evaluating and implementing a new ERP system

What We’re Looking For:
5+ years of Controller or financial leadership experience
Strong Excel and QuickBooks expertise
Ownership of FP&A, budgeting, and financial reporting
Experience with internal controls and SOX
Background in industrial, manufacturing, construction, or mining environments strongly preferred
Prior ERP implementation experience in an operational setting is highly attractive
Compensation:
Base salary around $120K
Client is open to reviewing stronger candidates above the range
