Administrative Clerks Supervisor

Overview:
We are currently looking to fill the Administrative Clerks Supervisor position with a candidate who is highly organized, has a strong customer service focus, and a deep knowledge and understanding of the Promotional Products industry.
Responsibilities:
· Providing exemplary Customer Service; Establishing rapport with existing and potential customers
· Resolving work-related issues concerning Inside Sales and Customer Service, including complaints, inquiries, transaction processing
· Train workers in job duties and company procedures
· Project/Order management from commencement to completion
· Working closely with industry vendors and decorators to ensure projects are completed to meet customer timelines and satisfaction
· Ensure all artwork and required order information is received and processed promptly to meet delivery deadlines
· Providing support to the production and sales departments with customer feedback and technical inquiries
Required Experience and Skills:
· Post Secondary Education
· 3 years industry experience Mandatory
· 3 years Quickbooks Desktop
· Goldmine CRM Mandatory
· Adobe Illustrator
· Technical knowledge in multiple decoration processes used within the industry - Required
· Exceptional communication skills both written and verbal
· Effective multi-tasking & time management skills; proven ability to effectively prioritize work flow
