Molex Integrated Products Philippines, Inc., is currently seeking a contribution motivated Production Technician to join our dynamic Production team. The ideal candidate will operate machines to produce high-quality products with maximum productivity, meeting customer specifications and approved quality standards.

Our Team

You will work closely with cross-functional internal teams (Production Line Workers, Engineers, Supervisors and Management).

What You Will Do

Monitors installation and/improvement of machine accessories.
Performs machine operation based on the standard operating procedures.
Verifies identified standard machine settings and parameters with the appropriate product set-up.
Performs pre-operation product confirmation.
Prepares necessary materials to be used before mass production.
Monitors machine performance.
Reports any problem that may cause delay in work/operation, follow escalation procedure.
Ensures application of permanent countermeasures to minimize re-occurrence of machine trouble.
Ensures quality production output through the conduct of quality check, which is inclusive of sampling/100% inspection on every production lot, confirming of all significant data of all endorsed products and materials used in the operation and examines the conditions of materials used for production.
Understand, support and contribute to current Molex Total Quality Management (TQM), Six Sigma, International Standards Organization (ISO) and Environmental, and/or Health and Safety (EH&S) Management Systems by following stated policies and procedures.
Keep and promote 5’s in the production area.
Learn and understand the basics of Social Responsibility elements.
Ensure compliance to all company policies, procedures and legal requirements.
Report safety related concerns to your supervisor or the safety committee.
Report unethical practices through the Molex Integrity Line.

Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)

Must be a technical course graduate (Electronics/Electro technology/Industrial electronics technology) or an engineering undergraduate (EE/ECE/CoE).
Engineering Graduate (preferably a Mechanical Engineering)

What Will Put You Ahead

At least 1 year working experience in a raw cable manufacturing facility.
Previous experience in an extrusion, cables, testing environment and bench verification.
