We are a growth-focused US-based company looking for a long-term Filipino teammate who loves technology, learns fast, and enjoys using AI to make work easier and smarter.

About the Role
You will be our internal tech systems owner and AI champion. You don’t need to code, but you must be very comfortable with software, platforms, and AI tools.

Technology & Systems Management
Administer Microsoft 365 (email, Word, SharePoint, OneDrive).
Add/remove users and manage permissions across systems.
Maintain internal access controls and basic security settings.

Zoom & Communication Systems
Manage company Zoom accounts (phone and video).
Set up new team members with the correct settings.
Adjust recordings, permissions, and integrations as needed.

CRM & Platform Support
Learn and support our CRM (HubSpot, Keap, or similar).
Troubleshoot basic CRM issues, especially for sales.
Help keep data clean and users properly set up.

AI & Productivity Tools
Administer tools like ChatGPT, Otter AI, DocuSign, and similar.
Set up new users, remove access when people leave.
Help teammates troubleshoot issues and suggest ways to use AI to improve workflows.

Team Tech Support & Onboarding
Be the internal go-to person for How do I ? tech questions.
Assist with setup, access, and basic troubleshooting.
Follow onboarding checklists to set up systems for new hires.
What We’re Looking For
Strong comfort with technology and remote platforms.
Genuine excitement about AI tools and emerging technologies.
Fast learner who can figure out new platforms independently.
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
Organized and able to manage multiple systems at once.
Excellent communication skills.
Advantage if you have experience with: Microsoft 365, Zoom, CRMs, and AI tools.
