The Opportunity
We're seeking exceptional Corporate Sponsorship Directors (multiple cities) to secure and manage business partnerships as we expand globally. This commission-based role offers a purpose driven first mission, support for your mental health, leadership training, and high earning potential while contributing to a platform that addresses the $8.9 trillion global loneliness crisis.

Your Mission
Connect businesses to purpose.
You'll build strategic corporate partnerships that provide sustainable funding while offering businesses meaningful ways to address workplace loneliness, which costs companies an average of $36,295 per employee annually in turnover costs. Your work will directly support our mission delivering a first of its kind career and leadership, health, and talent development platform accessible to all, including those with disabilities or who have experienced adverse childhood or adult events.

Primary Responsibilities
Identify and secure corporate sponsors, with a focus on monthly sponsorship agreements ranging from $600-$7,500.
Capture compelling business leader stories and content for the Voice Up platform (Corporate Sponsor Showcase)
Create and present sponsorship proposals highlighting ROI for businesses facing difficulty in employee retention
Manage relationships with corporate partners across the Voice Up global network
Collaborate with the Corporate Sponsorship Lead for Voice Up to implement the financial sustainability model
Work with our team to ensure sponsored content is effectively integrated into the platform
Share user engagement metrics with new and potential communities (small business to big business)
Represent Voice Up at business events, local chamber of commerce, conferences, career fairs, and networking opportunities within your local area.

Commission Structure
15-25% commission on all secured sponsorships (monthly recurring revenue)
Additional performance bonuses for exceeding quarterly targets
Accelerated commission rates for multi-year agreements
Referral bonuses for introducing additional corporate partners

Ideal Qualifications
Proven track record in corporate sponsorship, partnership development, or B2B sales
Experience in government, education, healthcare, non-profits, faith-based, community-based and/or technology sectors preferred
Strong relationship-building skills with C-suite executives
Thrives in fast paced start up environment. Easily adaptable to change.
Excellent presentation and negotiation abilities
Passion for addressing mental health and educational challenges
Understanding of corporate social responsibility and impact investing
Self-motivated with the ability to work independently while contributing to a team
Global mindset and appreciation for cross-cultural communication
