Now Hiring: Farm Laborer (H-2A)

Employment Dates: May 22nd, 2026 March 20th, 2027

We are seeking skilled Farm Laborer for our crop farming operation. We grow wheat, barley, soybeans, and canola, and our workload is highly seasonal. Spring involves field preparation and planting, summer focuses on crop maintenance, and fall is dedicated to harvest.

Position Overview:

Seasonal employees will assist with essential farm tasks, including:

• Operating and maintaining tractors, combines, sprayers, and other equipment

• Tilling, planting, fertilizing, cultivating, spraying, and harvesting crops

• Using implements such as plows, discs, drills, and harvesters

• Transporting crops, supplies, tools, and workers

• Performing routine maintenance, repairs, and winterizing machinery

Due to the seasonal nature of farm work and a shortage of available local labor, additional temporary workers are needed to meet production demands for the 2026 season.
