Green Turf Lawnscapes, Inc. is looking for a driven, people-focused Sales Leader to help grow and strengthen our Cody, Wyoming branch. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who enjoys selling, supporting a team, and helping build a successful local operation.
This is not a desk job you’ll be working with customers, coordinating operations, supporting technicians, and helping shape the future of the branch.
Compensation includes a base salary plus commission and bonuses. Final pay will be determined based on experience and qualifications.
What You’ll Do
Sell tree & turf plant health care services
Build and manage customer relationships
Follow up on leads and generate new business
Help coordinate daily scheduling and routing
Support shop organization, equipment readiness, and inventory
Train and support technicians on equipment use and care
Assist with basic equipment troubleshooting
Step into light field work when needed
Communicate branch needs and growth opportunities to ownership
Support hiring and onboarding

Required Experience
3+ years in one or more of:
Lawn, tree, turf, or PHC services
Agricultural fertilizer/pesticide sales or crop scouting
Golf course or grounds management
Strong customer-facing or sales experience
Commercial Pesticide Applicator License (any state)
Willingness to assist in shop and field work as needed
Preferred (Not Required)
Prior management or leadership experience
Mechanical aptitude
Comfort with cold calling and prospecting
Industry certifications a plus (ISA, CGCS/CGM, PPH, NALP-LIC, etc.)
Schedule
Full-time
