Planck Technology is seeking a detail-oriented Business Analyst to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will work closely with stakeholders, product teams, and developers to analyze business processes, gather requirements, and help deliver technology-driven solutions.

Responsibilities:

Gather, analyze, and document business requirements from stakeholders.

Translate business needs into functional specifications for development teams.

Perform data analysis to identify trends and insights that support business decisions.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve processes and system functionality.

Create reports, dashboards, and documentation for project tracking.

Assist in testing, validation, and implementation of new systems or enhancements.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, Data Analytics, or related field.

1 3 years of experience in Business Analysis or similar role.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Experience with tools such as Excel, SQL, or data visualization tools.

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Skills:

Knowledge of Agile or Scrum methodologies.

Experience with business intelligence tools such as Power BI or Tableau.

Ability to interpret data and present insights clearly.
