Job Description:
We are looking for enthusiastic and motivated IT Recruiter Freshers to join our team in Bangalore. Candidates should have good communication skills and a strong interest in recruitment and talent acquisition. Immediate joiners who are willing to learn and grow in the recruitment field are preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

Source candidates from job portals, social media, and databases

Screen and shortlist resumes for IT job requirements

Schedule and coordinate interviews with candidates

Communicate with candidates regarding job roles and interview process

Maintain candidate database and recruitment records

Requirements:

Any Degree (Freshers can apply)

Good communication skills in English (Hindi/Telugu is a plus)

Basic knowledge of recruitment process is an advantage

Ready to work in a fast-paced environment
