ICT Business Analyst and ICT System Analyst
Salary Range: $75,000 $100,000 + Superannuation (Annually)
Full Time ICT Business Analyst
Roles and Responsibilities:
• Elicits, analyses, specifies, and validates the business needs of stakeholders
• Collaborates with project s to determine project scope and vision.
• Identify, investigate, and analyse business processes, procedures and work practices
• Identifying and evaluating inefficiencies and recommending optimal business practices, and system functionality and behaviour
• Assists in conducting research on products to meet agreed upon requirements and to support purchasing efforts.
• Analyses and verifies requirements for completeness, consistency, comprehensibility, feasibility, and conformity to standards.
• Develops templates to accurately and concisely write requirements specifications
• Creates process models, specifications, diagrams, and charts to provide direction to developers and/or the project team.
• Develops and conduct peer reviews of the business requirements to ensure that requirement specifications are correctly interpreted.
• Assists with the interpretation of customer requirements into feasible options, and communicating these back to the business stakeholders.
• Manages and tracks the status of requirements throughout the project lifecycle; enforce and redefine as necessary.
• Communicates changes, enhancements, and modifications of business requirements verbally or through written documentation to project managers, sponsors, and other stakeholders so that issues and solutions are understood.
• Provides guidance and/or instruction to junior staff members.
Skills and Qualifications
• A Bachelor’s Degree in Software Engineering or Information Technology
• 2+ years’ software development or programming experience Able to exercise independent judgment and take action on it
• Excellent analytical, mathematical, and creative problem-solving skills
• Excellent listening, interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills

Full Time ICT System Analyst
We are seeking a Software System Analyst to join our development team. This role requires a strong analytical thinker who is well-versed in industry best practices and works effectively within a collaborative team environment. The successful candidate will possess solid technical expertise and the ability to clearly articulate the reasoning behind technical decisions to non-technical stakeholders.
Roles and Responsibilities:
• Working with users to identify system requirements; develops processing procedures and systems modifications to meet these specifications
• Conducting regular reviews of systems and generating reports on efficiencies and improvement areas
• Coordinating with technical team and users to document business requirements and identify systems problems
• Assist project delivery by proving input to project deliverables, resourcing required and associated costs to manage the project
• Deploying solutions in production post completion of relevant testing in line with agreed quality and set standards for the system in place
• Documenting the processes for future reference and training.
• Creating Functional specifications for technical team/system developers
• Developing system specifications for the design and development teams using data and process modelling techniques
• Implement best practices for scalability, supportability, ease of maintenance, and system performance
• Acting as a liaison between business and technical stakeholders to outline, design and implement new conversations, intents, and knowledge bases
• Carrying out system testing and identifying critical defects.
• Managing communication, change and adoption across all relevant stakeholders
