Digital Marketing Strategy Executive, Full-time
SALARY $80,000 to $90,000 + Superannuation
Duties and Responsibilities
The role plays a critical role in optimising lead generation across the funnel, including MQL and SQL processes, and implementing efficient, automated marketing workflows within a centralised CRM environment.
Lead the implementation of HubSpot Marketing Hub, integrating and transferring existing marketing processes to enable better visibility, ROI tracking, and performance measurement.
Drive digital strategies that support customer acquisition, cross-sell, and upsell initiatives across all Hubexo SaaS products, ensuring consistency in execution and alignment with commercial goals.
Monitor campaign effectiveness, analyse results, and adjust tactics to maximise impact and ensure budget alignment.
REQUIRED SKILLS
• 5+ years of experience in digital marketing, with a focus on lead generation, conversion and CRM process management.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
• Experience working in a SaaS environment.
• Proven experience in managing and optimising marketing workflows within CRM platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce).
• Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, including SEO, paid media, email marketing, content marketing, and social media.
• Experience in developing and executing cross-sell and upsell strategies.
• Strong analytical skills with experience in measuring ROI, tracking campaign performance, and making data-driven decisions through advanced knowledge of CRM platforms and analytics tools.
• Experience in implementing lead scoring models and marketing automation processes.
• Exceptional project management and organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to collaborate across teams and present strategic insights to senior leadership.
• Knowledge and confidence to challenge existing practice and drive organisational change.
• Proactive, inquisitive nature, can-do attitude, particularly when interacting with international and/or intercultural stakeholders.
