Salary is between $80,000 - 90,000 + 12% Superannuation

FULL TIME CARPENTER

Key Duties and Responsibilities to be included:
• Interpret and work from construction drawings, plans and specifications
• Measure, cut, shape and assemble timber and other building materials
• Construct, erect and install frameworks, wall frames, floor systems and roof structures
• Install doors, windows, staircases, skirting boards and other structural fittings
• Carry out formwork and concreting preparation where required
• Install exterior cladding and internal linings
• Perform general repairs and maintenance to timber structures
• Ensure all work complies with Australian building codes and workplace safety regulations
• Operate hand and power tools safely and efficiently
• Coordinate with other trades on-site to ensure timely project completion

Requirements include:

About Candidate:
• Certificate III in Carpentry (or equivalent).
• Minimum 2-3 Years relevant experience.
Other Requirements:
• Ability to work full-time
• Ability to commute to job location
• Strong knowledge of WHS requirements
