1. Agent/user problem handling and feedback;
2. Real-time data monitoring, real-time investigation and processing of abnormal fluctuations;
3. Risk control management, abnormal betting order query, bad user investigation;
4. Daily data summary, report making

Qualifications:
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• Bachelor's degree graduate in any business course.
• Open to all nationalities but must know how to speak Chinese/Mandarin.
• Willing to work in Makati City (Philippines)
