About the role:

This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic and rapidly growing technology company as a Product Manager. As a Product Manager, you will play a key role in driving the development and strategy of our innovative products, ensuring they meet the needs of our customers and align with our business objectives. This is a full-time, in-office position based in our Makati City, Metro Manila office.

What We're Looking For:

2+ years of experience in product management, with a strong track record of delivering successful products
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as Computer Science, Business, or Engineering
Solid understanding of product development methodologies, such as agile and user-centered design
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to use data to drive decision-making
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to effectively present complex information to diverse audiences
Familiarity with Information & Communication Technology products and services
Have a certain foundation in common front-end and back-end technology stacks.
Have a certain foundation in function implementation logic.
Familiar with common development processes
Familiar with the establishment and management of demand pools
Familiar with project management management (workflow, human resources, development version)
Excellent logical thinking
Excellent content output ability (documentation, communication)
Excellent needs assessment skills (authenticity, priority)
Candidates with a basic knowledge of English and experience working in local games in the Philippines will be given priority
Excellent communication skills, Chinese speaking is an advantage.
